Our newsletter, the Surprize, is produced in February, May, August and November, and takes its name from the ship Surprize, in which Jane ISON was transported to New South Wales. 

The newsletters are included in the membership subscription. Included in our Surprize newsletter are notices of meeting dates, reunions, births, marriages and deaths in the family, current family information, family history, a convict connected to the family, one of the ships that brought the convicts to New South Wales, a member of the armed forces, family members of note and other items of general and historical interest.
